Webflow Developer

UTTR is on the hunt for a full-time Webflow developer. We’re big supporters of webflow and it’s the only CMS we work with. We will turn down work on other platforms and build all of our landing pages within Webflow.

We’re looking for someone that shares a passion for webflow, likes to drive business outcomes and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Website development:

• Create and launch responsive sites on Webflow, from concept to completion
• Convert designs from Figma or Adobe XD into interactive Webflow masterpieces
• Optimize sites for speed, scalability, and that all-important SEO boost
• Create client-specific style guides to ensure cross-developer consistency

Content management:

• Collaborate with our content experts to shape and manage Webflow's CMS
• Maintain regular and pixel-perfect content updates

‍

Collaboration & communication:

• Collaborate with UX/UI experts, copywriters, and other UTTR gurus
• Decode design guidelines and client requirements
• Showcase your work and achieve milestones with colleagues and clients

‍

Optimization & best practices:

• Maintain site speed on mobile and relevant devices
• Code with style, adhering to industry best practices and naming conventions
• Redesign existing websites to reflect client needs and modern web wisdom

Integration:

• Sync websites with digital tools like CRMs, email marketing platforms, analytics, and beyond

‍

Troubleshooting:

• Find and fix website flaws quickly and flawlessly
• Be the go-to Webflow technical expert for teammates and clients

‍

Staying up to date:

• Keep abreast of Webflow and web development trends
• Sharpen your skills with the latest workshops and training

‍

Feedback implementation:

• Consider client, design, and marketing feedback to align sites with brand visions

‍

Quality assurance & testing:

• Test websites on all devices and browsers to ensure user satisfaction
• Ensure that all creations are UTTR-approved before they enter the digital domain

‍

Project management:

• Manage tasks and deadlines with dexterity
• Lean on tools like ClickUp and Slack to keep progress transparent and teamwork tight

What you'll bring to the table:

• A diverse set of Webflow skills, including animations and CMS
• A passion for speed, scalability, SEO, and responsiveness optimization
• Fluent in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• The ability to handle Webflow tasks that go beyond the basics
• Expertise in combining third-party scripts such as sliders and forms
• You know your way around Figma
• Find answers on Google, the Webflow Forum, or StackOverflow when you are stuck. 
• A keen sense of detail and bug detection
• The agility to pivot and propose alternative solutions when Webflow’s basic functionalities don’t cut it
